[Fomp] Join the FOMP float this Sunday!

The Friends of Morses Pond will have a float in the parade this Sunday May 18 2008 1:00pm to 3:00pm. http://www.wellesleyparade.com/. We are looking for people to join us. The last parade was a lot of fun, especially for kids. Float Decoration And Parade Information

DECORATE!

Come to help decorate FOMP's float from 12-3 on Saturday, May 17th.

The float will be at 4 Pickerel Rd.  and we need your creativity to help make it look terrific!

There will be snacks, magic markers, etc. to help us along.

Parking: Parking is tight, so you might want to park on the hill or up top and walk down.

March with FOMP in the Parade!

If you are interesting in marching in the parade, here's the information. Please note that if we get crowded, the bigger kids will need to walk.

ASSEMBLY:   The assembly area will be on Washington Street just east of Route 9 overpass to Longfellow Road and other adjoining streets.  Assembly time is: 12:00.  Units will be assigned a numbered telephone pole and position.  See Form WCC-A4 attached.   No unit will be allowed to enter out of place!   Your unit will form near:


                        Pole # 22         ON:  Elm Street


                        Line up after:         Bandmaster Crimson Brigade

                        And before:          Angel Chinese Folk Dance Troupe


2.         INCLEMENT WEATHER:   We will attempt to call non-Wellesley units prior to 10:00 a.m.  You may telephone the following "rain numbers" when in doubt.
