[Fomp] Planning Board Hearing April 10

There will be a public hearing - Project of Significant Impact -  
regarding the former Wellesley Motor Inn site (978 Worcester Street)  
on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at 8 p.m. in Great Hall at Town Hall.   
The plans are available to be viewed in the Planning Board office,  
Lower Level, Town Hall. This property abuts Morses Pond, and as such  
it should be of interest to the members of FOMP.

There is no indication on the drawings of any relation to the pond  
(boardwalk, viewing areas, etc.), but perhaps this could be a  
negotiating tool that the Town could use with the developer.
