The annual fee of $10.00 per house hold is used to help run the organization and entitles gives the members voting rights during annual FOMP meetings.

Also, if you have some time to donate to the organization, please indicate how you think you can help. Some possibilities are to help with

pulling invasive weeds (e.g. Water Chestnuts)
cleaning up of the pond
perfoming research into pond management
educating people about pond life cycles, the current threats to Morses Pond, and future threats.
creating elementary school material to help educate the next generation of people taking care of the environment.
generating nature programs to help educate people.

or any other activities that give back to the environment and community by addressing issues affecting Morses Pond.

When you send e-mail to fompofficers@morsespond.org, one of the FOMP officers will get back to you with in a day or so. Membership requests will generally be answered by the secretary (and CC'd to the other FOMP officers).
